1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jlwafa", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jlwafa platform and its operating entity, licensed under PAGCOR to offer online casino and sports betting services in the Philippines.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a jlwafa account or is accessing the jlwafa platform.
• "Platform" refers to the jlwafa website accessible at jlwafa.app, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of jlwafa's registration and KYC verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player using a supported Philippine payment method and held in the player's jlwafa wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by jlwafa that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates jlwafa's operations.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to online gambling is restricted or prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register a jlwafa account. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. jlwafa reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where the player cannot satisfactorily confirm that they meet this requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jlwafa's services are available to residents of the Philippines only. Players accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions — including any country where online gambling is illegal — do so in violation of these Terms and their own local laws. jlwafa bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a player's access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Geographic restriction checks are applied at the platform level.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered jlwafa account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jlwafa reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all balances across those accounts. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact jlwafa support immediately.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination. jlwafa is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

2.5 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal can be processed, players must complete jlwafa's KYC verification process. Acceptable documents for identity and age verification include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's licence, SSS ID, or PRC ID). jlwafa may request additional documentation, including proof of address and source of funds, at its discretion or as required by PAGCOR guidelines.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlwafa login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jlwafa strongly recommends enabling OTP-based 2FA via your registered Globe or Smart mobile number.

You must notify jlwafa support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account. jlwafa will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to exercise reasonable security precautions or failed to notify jlwafa promptly upon discovering the breach.

You must not share your jlwafa account credentials with any third party, including family members. Allowing another person to access your account constitutes a breach of these Terms. jlwafa accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlwafa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, and Metrobank online transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlwafa does not accept cryptocurrency deposits, international wire transfers, or payments made through third-party e-wallets not listed above.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your jlwafa account must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. Where jlwafa detects or reasonably suspects that funds have been deposited from a payment account not belonging to the registered player, those funds may be held pending investigation and the associated account may be suspended.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of your jlwafa account dashboard. These limits are subject to change at jlwafa's discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected players. VIP-tier players may be subject to elevated transaction limits as detailed in the VIP program terms.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the jlwafa Cashier section, subject to successful KYC verification. jlwafa reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purposes of fraud screening, AML compliance checks, or regulatory review. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment account registered in the player's own name. jlwafa will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jlwafa is subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. jlwafa may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional awards made available by jlwafa are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as published in the relevant promotion details page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) must be satisfied using real money bets on eligible games. Wagering on certain game types — such as live dealer baccarat, progressive jackpot slots, or sports betting accumulators — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Applicable contribution rates are published per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlwafa prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets to reduce wagering requirement risk (bonus hedging); coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value; and exploiting any technical error or misconfiguration in a promotion's setup. jlwafa reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings, and to terminate accounts, where abuse is detected.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility

Promotions offered by jlwafa are available to eligible Philippine residents who hold a verified jlwafa account in good standing. jlwafa reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion, including players on self-exclusion, players with pending KYC verification, and players whose accounts are under investigation.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on jlwafa — including live dealer casino games, RNG slot titles, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the respective game interface or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, jlwafa will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the correct game outcome based on available server-side data. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, jlwafa reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet stake to the player's real money balance. This is the player's sole remedy in the event of a technical malfunction — no additional compensation is payable.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules as published in the sports betting section. jlwafa reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including mispriced odds resulting from data feed errors. Where a bet has been accepted and the player has acted in good faith, jlwafa will endeavour to honour settled outcomes wherever technically and commercially feasible.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlwafa platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement where legally required:

1. Registering as a player while under the age of 21, or allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your jlwafa account.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Attempting to circumvent jlwafa's geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other IP masking tools.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the jlwafa platform in a non-human manner.
5. Colluding with other players, dealers, or jlwafa staff members to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds or game parameters — regardless of whether the exploit was discovered intentionally or accidentally.
7. Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or the financing of terrorism, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
8. Reverse engineering, copying, redistributing, or attempting to access jlwafa's source code, backend systems, or proprietary data.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlwafa support staff or other players through any communication channel.
10. Opening or operating a jlwafa account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlwafa is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide tools and support to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlwafa account holders via the account dashboard, at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on funds deposited into your jlwafa wallet.
• Loss limits — caps on net losses permitted within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders — configurable notifications alerting you when you have been active for a defined duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanent account closure with immediate effect, blocking re-registration from the same identity.

9. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlwafa platform for personal, recreational gambling purposes only, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jlwafa content.

The jlwafa brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the jlwafa operating entity. Unauthorised use of jlwafa trademarks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media accounts, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may constitute grounds for legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlwafa's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jlwafa account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlwafa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlwafa platform.

jlwafa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party service interruptions, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. jlwafa shall not be liable for any losses — including missed bets or time-sensitive wagering opportunities — arising from platform unavailability.

11. Privacy & Data

jlwafa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and PAGCOR's applicable data handling requirements. By registering a jlwafa account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and personalised promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

12. Amendments to These Terms

jlwafa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility requirements, payment processing rules, or bonus terms — jlwafa will provide reasonable prior notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via an in-platform notification upon next login.

Your continued use of the jlwafa platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining real money balance prior to the amendment's effective date. Bonus balances are not withdrawable in the event of account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to jlwafa's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a complaint to jlwafa support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlwafa's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising in connection with these Terms.

jlwafa's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future. If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
